Palmetto Athletic Club (PAC) is the area’s premier fitness club offering more than 22,000 square feet of indoor training space. Specializing in health oriented programs and training that provokes a change in body, motivation, and enthusiasm that allow all members to engage more in the activities they love. Whatever the fitness goal, PAC has the staff, equipment, and programs to make it happen. This is supported by the fact that our health club is rooted in therapy. Aligned with Palmetto Therapy Services members of PAC are given a more thorough diagnosis and programs rooted in health oriented therapeutic solutions.
