45 min of spinning.its different ways of cycling to music,on flats and hills with focus on proper form,cadence and resistance.  The cyclist can descide to sit and just ride or can follow the cuing and caoching pointing to the rpm, intensity and heart rate. Its fun and effectif in burning a lot of calories .

We follow the 45 min of spinning by 30min of core muscle workout,using the bosu ball,swiss ball,tubes,weights or just a mat.

Angela Ellis

Angela was born and raised in eastern Kentucky.

She attended University of Kentucky where she studied fashion merchandising.

Angela to Hilton Head Island in 1987 and decided to make it home.

Angela has always been a fitness enthusiast and in 1999, decided to become a fitness instructor and subsequently a personal fitness trainer.

Angela’s specialty is cardiovascular boxing/kickboxing. She holds certifications in “Aerobox” aerobic boxing and “Cardio Combat” aerobic kickboxing. She also holds level 1 and 2 “Powerstrike” aerobic kickboxing certifications, and was asked to join the Powerstrike team as a Powerstrike trainer in 2001. Angela is also a certified personal trainer through AFPA and is cpr certified.

Angela loves teaching her Cardio Fight Club classes and assisting her clients in reaching their individual fitness goals.
